Our Mission: To improve patient care by keeping NHS workers in the NHS.

How we support NHS workers: We provide financial support to help NHS staff return to work or stay in their roles, with grants of up to £5,000.

We support by funding tangible items or covering essential costs that allow you to focus on work or create ‘study time’ via funding to allow you to take on essential training or further education to help you stay working within the NHS.
