Our Mission: To improve patient care by keeping NHS workers in the NHS.

Our Objectives: We promote and protect the health and wellbeing of healthcare professionals and supporting staff working within or for the National Health Service in the United Kingdom, in such manner as the trustees consider appropriate to further these objects, including, but not limited to, by:

  1. Providing financial assistance and grants for treatment, therapy, and wellbeing support.
  2. Providing information and funding initiatives that promote mental health resilience and measures to prevent workplace stress and burnout; and
  3. Providing grants for those who are experiencing or at risk of ill health, disability, stress, or burnout to prevent or alleviate such conditions.

How we support NHS workers: We provide financial support to help NHS staff return to work or stay in their roles, with grants of up to £5,000.

We support by funding tangible items or covering essential costs that help you stay working within the NHS.

We want to help you keep doing what you do best – caring for patients.
