Our Mission: To improve the health and wellbeing of NHS workers, support them in maintaining good health and living healthier, more sustainable working lives while helping patients across the NHS.

Our Objectives: We promote and protect the health and wellbeing of healthcare professionals and supporting staff working within or for the National Health Service in the United Kingdom, in such manner as the trustees consider appropriate to further these objects, including, but not limited to, by:

  1. Providing financial assistance and grants for treatment, therapy, and wellbeing support.
  2. Providing information and funding initiatives that promote mental health resilience and measures to prevent workplace stress and burnout; and
  3. Providing grants for those who are experiencing or at risk of ill health, disability, stress, or burnout to prevent or alleviate such conditions.

How we support NHS workers: We provide financial support to help NHS staff manage health and wellbeing challenges while working or returning to work, with grants of up to £5,000.
