If you wish to request consideration for financial support from the Thank You Healthcare Staff charity you must complete the charity grant form. Grants up to the value of £5,000 are offered to NHS workers needing financial support or help with study costs to get back into work. Our grants can cover:

• Personal/family financial crises
• Short term financial burdens
• Further education
• Refresher training
